Boilermakers

Our client is a leading provider of industrial construction and maintenance services within the manufacturing, power generation, renewables and utilities sectors.

Due to a large Switchroom project being awarded we are looking for multiple Workshop Boilermakers for a Newcastle based project.

What’s involved?

• MIG Welding - Solid and Flux Core
• Mild Steel
• Full Penn Butt welds on occasion
• Working as part of a team
• Read and interpret drawings

What we’re looking for:

• Trade Qualified Boilermaker with Trade Certificate
• Solid Wire + Flux Core Stick Welding Experience
• MIG Welding experience
• Full penetration butt weld experience highly regarded
• Fabrication experience highly regarded
• Great teamwork ability

What we can offer you

• $54.80 / hour casual rate
• Day shift Monday - Friday
• Some overtime available
• 3 Month project with potential for extension
• Newcastle based
• Ongoing project support from your Randstad team
• ASAP Start
